Service Delivery Timing
Services are provided at our studio on the scheduled date and time after booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Cancellations 7 days or more before the class: Full refund
– Cancellations 3–6 days before the class: 50% refund
– Cancellations within 3 days or no-shows: No refund
– If canceled by Tokyo Cooking Studio: Full refund or rescheduling option offered
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the service, returns and exchanges are not possible after a class has been provided.
Class Size Limits
Each class has a participant limit. Please check each class page for availability.
Offer Validity
Bookings typically close 2 days before the class date, subject to availability.

– ご予約日の7日前までのキャンセル：全額返金
– 3〜6日前までのキャンセル：50%返金
– 3日未満または無断キャンセル：返金不可
– スタジオ都合によるキャンセルの場合：全額返金または日程変更のご案内
返品・交換について
サービスの性質上、レッスン提供後の返品・交換はできかねます。

申込みの有効期限
各クラスの予約締切はレッスン当日の2日前までとなります（空席状況による）。
